These terms cover your use of the DoneThere app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.
DoneThere is a city-by-city guide app. Content — checklists, descriptions, phrases, images — is provided for informational purposes only. We do our best to keep it accurate and current, but places close, change, or vary, and we can't guarantee anything you see in the app will match reality when you get there. Use your own judgment.
You're free to use DoneThere for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't copy, redistribute, or scrape the app's content for your own product or service.
Unlocking additional cities or the full catalog is a one-time purchase. On Android it is processed through Google Play; on iPhone through the App Store. Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases are billed and refunded according to the store's policies — not ours — since neither we nor our payment processor (RevenueCat) handle billing directly. Contact Google Play or Apple for a refund request.
DoneThere is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including anything related to a place, business, or experience the app describes or recommends.
We may update the app or these terms at any time. If the terms change, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
You can stop using the app anytime by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or change the app at any time.
